When Jeff Martin - The Blond Curly-haired Magician - visited Norway in 2006, I acquired some of his tricks and a couple of lecture notes. Jeff's material is always highly useful, very effective and guaranteed to please lay people. These two routines are no exceptions.

Changling Cards

EFFECT: Four jumbo cards are shown. One by one, they magically turn face down, and then face up. Finally, all of the card backs have changed.

You get all you need to perform the routine, and an explanation of the performance. Very easy to do!

Ring in Card Box

EFFECT: A ring borrowed and shown to penetrate a cord, a chopstick as well as appearing on top of and then finally inside a card box that has been placed upon a table.

This is a great multi-phase routine. A lot of stuff is happening form beginning to end, and there is a great surprise ending. A clever routine and built-in misdirection makes the effects seem very magical.

You get everything you need to perform the entire routine, and a thorough three-page explanation with easy-to-understand drawings. This routine is not self working, but still within the reach of every magician.
